The Story

Hi, my name is Yote (pronounced like "coyote" without the "co" in front). I am a Queensland Heeler mix whom my mom loves very much. I am the reason and her inspiration for why she bakes "Doggy Snacks" for us and bakes them for other dogs.

I have two siblings, a Black Lab named Chance, and Java, a female Chow.

My mom started her business shortly after I was diagnosed diabetic in July of 2006. She was sad and felt guilty after learning that the store brand treats contained artificial chemicals, preservatives, and fillers that are not good for dogs. I know my mom didn't mean to hurt us by giving us bad treats, but just like most people, she didn't know any better before my diagnosis. My affliction sent her on a mission to find better ways of providing quality meals and treats. In fact, my Mom changed her career for us! She often tells people that her life has "gone to the dogs".

Mom's quest now is to inspire and provide human-grade, all natural hand-made treats to other pet parents who may not have the time or the inclination to bake for their companion pets, but nonetheless are interested in a quality treat that is healthy, affordable & paw-licious.
